PDI announced that its Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of 51% stake in two new world-class hotels: Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok, and Capella Hotel Bangkok. The acquisition extends the company’s push into Hospitality following on from its acquisition of a hotel development site in Sathorn earlier this year, which it intends to complete by 2023.

รวมทั้งยังบำรุงรักษาแบตเตอรี่ (BESS) โดยสามารถยืดอายุการใช้งาน และยังสามารถจัดการ และบำรุงรักษาแบตเตอรี่ผ่านระบบ Application BRMS ได้อีกด้วย โดยเมื่อติดตั้งระบบดังกล่าวให้กับแบตเตอรี่ใหม่ที่มีอายุการใช้งาน 0-1 ปี จะสามารถเพิ่มอายุการใช้งานสูงสุด 3 เท่า ที่ความจุมากกว่า 60% และเมื่อติดตั้งกับแบตเตอรี่ที่มีอายุการใช้งาน 2-3 ปี จะเพิ่มอายุการใช้งานสูงสุด 1 เท่า
