นายชัยวัฒน์กล่าวว่า กรณีวงเงินไม่ตรงกับรายการที่เสนอ และการตรวจสอบงานที่ทำเพิ่มว่ามีความจำเป็นหรือไม่ หากรายการของงานลดลง จะส่งผลให้ช่วยลดกรอบวงเงินที่จะขอเพิ่มด้วย โดยเบื้องต้นในสัญญาก่อสร้างนั้นจะมีวงเงินค่าเผื่อเหลือเผื่อขาด  (Provisional Sum) ซึ่งให้ รฟท.ดูว่า ยังมีวงเงินเหลือใช้ได้อีกหรือไม่ด้วย โดยพบว่า ในกว่า 200 รายการ ไม่ตรงกับวงเงินที่เสนอ นอกจากนี้ มีทั้งงานที่ได้ดำเนินการก่อสร้างไปแล้วและ ที่ยังเป็นคำสั่ง แต่ยังไม่ได้ดำเนินการ จึงต้องดูว่า รายการที่ยังไม่ทำนั้นมีความจำเป็นต้องทำจริงหรือไม่

At the end of 4Q18, BCPG’s total assets were THB 31,558 million, which was stable when compared with those at the end of Q4 last year, while the total liabilities were THB 16,416 million, a 7.4% decrease due to a reduction of the interest-bearing debt (THB 15,567 million as of Q4/2018 or an 8.6% decrease from the last year). The long-term loan repayment after the THB 2,028 million solar assets monetization transaction in Japan in Q3/2018 mainly helped reduce the Company’s interest-bearing liabilities.
