1.ให้ยกเลิกความใน (7) ในข้อ 3 ของประกาศสำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย เรื่อง เงื่อนไขในการอนุญาตให้อากาศยานทำการบินเข้าออกประเทศไทย (ฉบับที่ 2) ประกาศ ณ วันที่ 2 กรกฎาคม 2563 และให้ใช้ความต่อไปนี้แทน
