The surprise move made by Total Access Communication Public Company Limited (DTAC) has stunned the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) when DTAC files a complaint with Administrative Court against NBTC for not approving the protection of DTAC subscribers’ right to continuously use the 850MHz network after the end of its concession on September 15, 2018.

ซึ่งเป็นการดำเนินงานตามมติคณะกรรมการนโยบายพลังงานแห่งชาติ (กพช.) ในการประชุมครั้งที่ 2/2558 ครั้งที่ 2/2558 (ครั้งที่ 2) เมื่อวันที่ 15 ธันวาคม 2558 ที่มีมติเห็นชอบอัตรารับซื้อไฟฟ้าจากพลังงานหมุนเวียนในรูปแบบ FiT สำหรับการประกาศรับซื้อไฟฟ้าจากพลังงานเวียนปี 2558 และครั้งที่ 5/2558 (ครั้งที่ 5) เมื่อวันที่ 21 เมษายน 2558 โดยไม่ต้องผ่านกระบวนการแข่งขันด้านราคา (Competitive Bidding)
