ทั้งนี้ ขนาดรายการดังกล่าว ต่ำกว่าร้อยละ 15 และไม่มีการออกหลักทรัพย์ใหม่ของบริษัท เพื่อชำระการทำธุรกรรมดังกล่าวนั้น บริษัทจึงไม่ต้องรายงานสารสนเทศตามเกณฑ์รายการได้มาและจำหน่ายไปซึ่งสินทรัพย์ของบริษัทจดทะเบียน แต่ขอรายงานสารสนเทศตามเหตุการณ์ เนื่องจากบริษัทมีการเข้าร่วมทุนกับบริษัทอื่น ซึ่งเป็นผลให้บริษัทอื่นนั้นมีสภาพเป็นบริษัทย่อย

PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) has announced that on November 16, 2018, the Board of Directors has passed a resolution to approve an establishment of a new joint venture company between PTT, its designated subsidiary and Bangkok Industrial Gas Company Limited (BIG) under the name of Map Ta Phut Air Products Company Limited (MAP).
