บริษัท เอ็ม เอฟ อี ซี จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ MFEC เปิดเผย มติที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการบริษัท ครั้งที่ 5/2561 วันที่ 25 กันยายน 2561 ซึ่งมีมติอนุมัติให้ปรับโครงสร้างธุรกิจโดยควบรวมกลุ่มบริษัท ซอฟต์สแควร์ กรุ๊ป 4 บริษัท ประกอบด้วย บริษัท ซอฟต์พลัส เทคโนโลยี จำกัด หรือ SPT , บริษัท เคซอฟต์ คอลซัลติ้ง จำกัด หรือ KK , บริษัท ซอฟต์โปรเฟสชันแนล จำกัด หรือ SP และบริษัท สามหมอก ซอฟต์แวร์ จำกัด หรือ SM ควบรวมกันในนาม”บริษัท ซอฟต์พลัส เทคโนโลยี จำกัด” และจะจดทะเบียนยกเลิก 3 บริษัท ได้แก่ KK, SP และ SM ภายในปี 2561 ต่อไป
