The project with Phu Yen TTP Joint Stock CompanyBGRIM (through its subsidiary, B.Grimm Renewable Power 2 Limited) holds 80% of total shares in Phu Yen TTP Joint Stock Company which is a project company developing the solar power project with an installed capacity of 257 Megawatt for the period of 20 years in Phu Yen Province, Socialist Republic of Vietnam, this project has commenced its commercial operation to supply electricity to Electricity of Vietnam (EVN) since 10 June 2019.

โดยที่การลงทุนในต่างประเทศอาจจะต้องใช้เงินกู้ยืมจากสถาบันการเงินในต่างประเทศเข้ามาเสริม จากปัจจุบันที่การลงทุนในญี่ปุ่นได้รับการสนับสนุนเงินกู้ยืมจากธนาคารเพื่อการส่งออกและนำเข้าแห่งประเทศไทย (EXIM Bank) โดยที่บริษัทจะต้องมีการบริหารจัดการลดหนี้ให้น้อยลง เพราะปัจจุบันอัตราส่วนหนี้สินต่อทุน (D/E) อยู่ในระดับที่ 2.4 เท่า ใกล้กับระดับที่กำหนดเพดานการให้วงเงินกู้ยืมที่ 3 เท่า ส่งผลให้การขายโรงไฟฟ้าพลังงานความร้อนใต้พิภพในญี่ปุ่น 15 โรง จะช่วยมีเงินเข้ามาชำระหนี้คืนกับสถาบันการเงินได้
