นอกจากนี้ยังอนุมัติให้ขายหุ้นของบริษัท สิทธารมย์ ดีเวลลอปเมนท์ จำกัด (STR) จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 100% ให้แก่ นายเกรียงไกร ศิระวณิชการ ประธานกรรมการและผู้ถือหุ้นรายใหญ่ของบริษัท คิดเป็นมูลค่า 129 ล้านบาท โดยมีเงื่อนไขว่าภายในวันที่ 25 ธ.ค.61 หากมีบุคคลอื่นใดที่ประสงค์จะซื้อหุ้นของ STR ด้วยราคาที่ดีกว่าหรือเท่ากับที่นายเกรียงไกร ศิระวณิชการ เสนอ คณะกรรมการบริษัทจะขายหุ้นให้แก่บุคคลดังกล่าว

สำหรับผลการดำเนินงานในไตรมาส 4/61 คาดว่าจะเติบโตต่อเนื่องจากไตรมาส 3/61 โดยบริษัทฯ ยังมีแผนเปิดตัวโครงการแนวราบเพิ่มเติมอีก 2 โครงการ ได้แก่ โครงการบ้านแฝดและทาวน์โฮม บริทาเนีย เมกะทาวน์ มูลค่าโครงการ 1.9 พันล้านบาท และโครงการบ้านจัดสรร บริทาเนีย บางนา กม.12 มูลค่าโครงการ 1 พันล้านบาท ซึ่งจะเปิดตัวในวันที่ 15-25 ธ.ค.นี้ และจะเปิดขาย (Pre-sale) อย่างเป็นทางการได้ในวันที่ 14 ก.พ.62
