The index closed at 1,673.4 points (+2.1 points) with a trading value of THB 46 billion, (THB 37 billion the previous day). Foreign investors switched to sell Thai shares by THB 504 million, institutional investors net bought by THB 894 million. There were net long on SET50 index future by 5,030 contracts.  

The Meeting as well approved the annual dividend payment for the year 2019 of Baht 0.30 per common share, totaling Baht 1,119 million and determined the date of March 20, 2020 as the Record Date for shareholders’ right to compile list of shareholders. The annual dividend payment will be made in May 22, 2020.

ด้านงบดุลแข็งแกร่ง อัตราส่วนหนี้สินสุทธิต่อทุนเป็น 0.98 เท่า มูลค่าทางบัญชีต่อหุ้นเป็น 3.30 บาท  ปรับเพิ่มเป็น ซื้อ หลังราคาหุ้นปรับลงจนกลับมามีส่วนเพิ่มได้ 12% คาดการณ์กำไรไปฟื้นตัวในครึ่งหลังปี 60 เพราะมีการเปิดขายโครงการใหม่เพิ่ม และกำลังซื้อดีขึ้น  ด้านเงินปันผลสูงคาดว่าผลตอบแทนปีนี้/ปีหน้าเป็น 9.2%/9.5%
