นายก้องเกียรติ โอภาสวงการ ประธานกรรมการบริหาร ASP เปิดเผยว่า บริษัทเตรียมเข้าลงทุนใน Venture Capital ประเทศอิสราเอล โดยการเข้าไปถือหน่วยลงทุนใน Venture Capital ซึ่งในช่วงแรกจะใช้เงินลงทุนมูลค่า 1-2 ล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐฯ คาดว่าจะได้ข้อสรุปภายในเดือนมิ.ย.นี้ อีกทั้งบริษัทยังอยู่ระหว่างการศึกษาเพื่อลงทุนในธุรกิจ Startup ที่เกี่ยวกับไอทีและนวัตกรรมในอิสราเอลที่บริษัทสนใจเพิ่มอีก 1 ราย ซึ่งคาดว่าจะได้ข้อสรุปภายในปีนี้

ในช่วงระหว่างปี 2558-2561 ทริสเรทติ้งคาดว่าอัตราส่วนกำไร (อัตราส่วนกำไรจากการดำเนินงานก่อนค่าเสื่อมราคาและค่าตัดจำหน่ายต่อรายได้) ของบริษัทจะอยู่ที่ประมาณ 12%-15% ภายใต้สมมติฐานพื้นฐานของทริสเรทติ้งคาดว่าอัตราส่วนภาระหนี้ต่อโครงสร้างเงินทุน (รวมเงินกู้จากกิจการร่วมค้าตามสัดส่วน 51%) ของบริษัทจะอยู่ที่ประมาณ 50%-55% ในช่วง 3 ปีข้างหน้า หรืออัตราส่วนภาระหนี้ (หักด้วยเงินสดในมือ) ต่อทุนจะอยู่ที่ประมาณ 1-1.2 เท่า

TRIS Rating will treat 50% of the outstanding amount of the hybrid debentures as equity and the other 50% as debt when calculating financial ratios. The intermediate equity content will fall to minimal (or 0% of equity treatment for this issue) at the end of the fifth year from the issuance date. This is because, five years after issuance, the remaining effective tenor of the issue will be less than 20 years.
