The analyst expected CPF, HANA, KCE, TU and SAT to receive positive sentiment from baht depreciation after the Bank of Thailand’s governor said that the bank would slowly curb the baht appreciation starting today. Nevertheless, the depreciation would result in a short halt of fund flow.

โดยเมื่อวันที่ 20 ต.ค.60 GL ได้แจ้งมติที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการของบริษัท  เกี่ยวกับการสรรหาสำนักงานสอบบัญชีที่มีความเป็นอิสระและน่าเชื่อถือเพื่อตรวจสอบพิเศษในเงินที่ให้กู้ยืมแก่ผู้กู้กลุ่มไซปรัสและผู้กู้กลุ่มสิงคโปร์ (Special Audit) ซึ่งคาดว่าจะสามารถเลือกและแจ้งให้นักลงทุนทราบได้ภายใน 1 เดือน

ทั้งนี้บริษัทชี้แจงว่าบริษัทได้ดำเนินการธุรกิจของบริษัทตามปกติและไม่มีพัฒนาการใดๆ ที่ยังไม่ได้เปิดเผยนอกจากกรณีบริษัทได้รับแจ้งจากผู้ถือหุ้นรายใหญ่ว่าขณะนี้ผู้ถือหุ้นดังกล่าวอยู่ระหว่างการเจรจาทาบทามการซื้อ/ขายหุ้น ซึ่งยังไม่มีข้อสรุปทั้งจำนวนและราคา หากมีข้อสรุปอย่างใดจะแจ้งให้ทราบต่อไป
