นายสันติ พร้อมพัฒน์ รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงการคลัง เปิดเผยว่า กระทรวงการคลังเตรียมเสนอชื่อปลัดกระทรวงการคลังคนใหม่แทนนายประสงค์ พูนธเนศ ปลัดกระทรวงการคลังคนปัจจุบัน ที่จะเกษียณอายุราชการในเดือน ก.ย.63 ให้ที่ประชุมคณะรัฐมนตรี (ครม.) พิจารณาในสัปดาห์หน้า โดยจะเป็นการเสนอตำแหน่งปลัดกระทรวงการคลังเพียงตำแหน่งเดียวก่อน หลังจากนั้นจึงจะเสนอแต่งตั้งโยกย้ายตำแหน่งอื่นต่อไปภายหลัง

CMAN, through NORTHMAN, and the existing owners of HALONG had fulfilled all requirements in the conditions precedent under the Capital Contribution Transfer Agreement. As such, NORTHMAN had made payment to the existing owners in accordance with the agreement on 20 November 2019, which entitle NORTHMAN to become the owner of 80% portion of the capital contribution of HALONG.
